Logistics Parameters

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, order weight, and delivery destination. Exact cost confirmed before order submission.
  • Processing & Dispatch Times: Orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day following procurement. Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days domestic. Actual transit times vary by location, carrier, and operational conditions.
  • CONUS Operations: Domestic US shipping only. Expansion to additional regions will be reflected in an updated policy when operational.

Secure Packaging Protocol

Every compound shipment uses insulated packaging with thermal protection scaled to ambient conditions and transit duration. This is not an upgrade option — it is standard operating procedure on every order. Lyophilized peptides degrade under thermal cycling. We do not ship research-grade compounds in standard packaging and call it adequate.

Returns & Order Issues

All research-grade peptide and reagent sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
